What is your MOQ ?
For Existing Models,Our MOQ is 100pcs per size. If the quantity you need is lower than the MOQ, we can also provide support if you choose different products in stock and can meet one pallet.
For Customized Patterns/Logos ,MOQ is 300-500pcs per size.(If your logo only have 1-2 colors,and make same size logo on all products,then can mix different models to reach the MOQ)
For New Mould Products ,MOQ is 1000pcs per size.For large size items,can accept MOQ 500pcs.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery; For customized logo or design, 50% deposit would be requested.
What is your production leading time?
Sample: 3-5 days after received payment.
Bulk Order:For stock products, we can ship within 5 days.
For production,Generally 20-25 working days after received payment
Does your company get any quality certificates?
Yes, We have got the Certificates of FDA,SGS,LFGB、EC1935/2004 and DGCCRF.
How about your packing, is it possible to ensure the safety of the products?
Standard export package, usually lined with bubble paper and packed in cartons, also can be packed according to your request.It can be packed with wooden pallets or wooden frames to protect the goods from damages greatly.
